Here is my very later September Duodecathon TBR! For some reason, I was thinking the ReadAThon started on the 19th but nope it started about 15 hours ago for me here in Aus!
I have also just realised that I didn’t post a wrap-up for August’s and I have no clue why! So I will try and get that up sometime this week too.
So if you don’t know the duodecathon is a monthly ReadAThon. There are challenges for this ReadAThon but the cool thing about this one is you have the option to pick from 12 challenges. So there are 12 challenges for the 12 months of the year and the idea is that you participate each month, selecting a new challenge so that by the end of the year you have completed all the 12 challenges!

Read 1,200 pages
Start OR finish a series
A 2017 debut author
A short story
A Graphic Novel
A Non-Fiction book
A Book that has been on your TBR for 2+ years
A book with multiple authors
A book you picked up because of the cover
A book that has to do with travelling
Someone else’s favourite book
The first book on your shelf you haven’t read
The ones in bold above have already been completed
I am trying to do 2 or more challenges per month to get them all done by the end of the year as I only started in June. So, for this month, I’m choosing Someone else’s favourite book & A book that has to do with travelling.
This is not for any of the challenges but I have already started this book outside the ReadAThon and will be finishing it before I pick up any of the books for the challenges.
This is for the challenge ‘Read someone else’s favourite book’.
Again this isn’t for a challenge. This is an ARC I have that I need to read before October, so after finishing Thief’s Cunning & A Monster Calls I will concentrate on this as that way I have got at least one challenge done for this month and then it doesn’t really matter if I don’t get 2 done.
So if I get those other 3 finished I will pick up Wayfarer for the challenge Read a book that has to do with travelling. This book has both distance travel & time travel in it.
Also, throughout all that I will be listening to this on audiobook. This doesn’t cover a challenge.
And that is it for my TBR. As I said I am late with the TBR and the ReadAThon is already going. I haven’t read anything yet today and right now I think I’m going to have a nap. So I won’t actually start reading till tonight probably.
