1. Ransom Riggs
Of course, this year I read the Miss Peregrine’s Peculiar Children series and absolutely loved it!

I absolutely loved this series and I wish there was something else from Ransom Riggs!
2. Maggie Stiefvater
I read The Raven Boys by Maggie Stiefvater this year and absolutely loved it! I plan to read the rest of The Raven Cycle series soon! Maybe even start it this year.
I also want to read The Wolves of Mercy Falls series!
3. Alwyn Hamilton
I read Rebel of the Sands by Alwyn Hamilton earlier this year and sbolsutely loved it!
I am really looking forward to the next book, Traitor to the Throne to come out in 2017!
4. Julie Kagawa
I read The Iron King for a ReadAThon earlier this year and absolutely loved it!
I want to finish The Iron Fey series, which consists of The Iron Daughter, The Iron Queen, The Iron Knight. And Also The Iron Fey: Call of the Forgotten companion series which consists of The Lost Prince, The Iron Traitor &The Iron Warrior.
5. Jay Kristoff
I read Illuminae & Gemina by Jay Kristoff and Amie Kaufman. I’m so keen for the next book in this The Illuminae Files series to come out!
I really want to read Nevernight and I really hope to get to it soon!
6. Amie Kaufman
So, again I have read Illuminae and Gemina.
I also will hopefully will be getting The Starbound series by Amie Kaufman and Meagen Spooner. Which consist of These Broke Stars, This Shattered World, Their Fractured Light.
7. Markus Zusak
So, I read The Book Thief last week and absolutely loved it!
I’m not 100% sure of any of his other books as I just haven’t heard anything about any of them .
8. Ernest Cline
I listened to the Audiobook of Ready Player One narrorated by Wil Wheaton earlier this year and loved it!
I didn’t review it as I want to read it and do a review.
I also want to read Armada.
9. Michael Ridpath
I read Traitor’s Gate at the start of the year and really enjoyed it! It was the first Historical Fiction book I read and the reason why I will read more HF now.
I read it way before I started my blog, so there is no review for it but I would give it 4.5 stars.
I want to read the second book in this duology, Shadows of War
10. Morgan Matson
I have read The Unexpected Everything and Amy & Roger’s Epic Detour by Morgan Matson

I thought I better add a contemporary author in here somewhere. I’m not a big contemporary fan so I don’t know if I will read more of her work or not. But the 2 I did read were enjoyable.
