This was awesome!! All I knew about this book going in was that it was a haunted house situation and it did not disappoint.
This book kept my on my toes the entire time. It was extremely gripping & I didn’t want to put it down! I read majority of the book in 2 sittings, only stopping because I had to sleep. The pacing was really good. There were no dull moments & everything had a purpose/reason for being apart of the story.
It was also VERY unpredictable. I did not guess any of the twists at all. The major one was so unexpected that I legit put down the book for a minute to process what was happening! Tiffany D. Jackson definitely knows how to write a book that sucks you in and won’t let you go!
This was exactly the creepy book I was looking for. Considering this was her first horror book I am definitely impressed & also now really curious to pick up one of her mysteries! Highly recommend if you are after a gripping horror book with plenty of twists & turns but also an interesting background to the world.
