Series I’ve Started 💫 Part 1 📚 Upcoming sequels I’m keen for!

Welcome to a new 4 part series on my blog! Today is Part 1 and we will be discussing the Series I have started and will be continuing but the next book hasn’t released just yet! So this is basically sequels I’m looking forward to that haven’t released yet!
This is a long list, so let’s jump in.

1. Cursebreakers by Brigid Kemmerer

I have read A Curse so Dark and Lonely & A Heart so Fierce and Broken and I can’t wait for A Vow so Bold and Deadly which releases 12th Jan 2021.

2. Miss Peregrine’s Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs

I absolutely adore the Miss Peregrine’s Peculiar Children series and I am anxiously awaiting book 6 which is currently unnamed and has no release date.

3. Heartstopper by Alice Oseman

I’m super keen for Volume 4 to release. I know I could read the next bit online but I want to wait until I can read them physically. Vol 4 releases 4th of February 2021!

4. Wayward Children by Seanan McGuire

This is such an amazing series and I can’t wait for book 6, Across the Green Grass Field which releases 12th Janurary 2021.

5. Crown of Coral and Pearl by Mara Rutherford

• 

• 

Crown of Coral and Pearl was absolutely amazing and I cannot wait for Kingdom of Sea and Stone which releases 6th of October 2020. This is also a duology which isn’t super common for YA Fantasy.

6. The Shadow Game by Amanda Foody

This is an amazing series and I’ve read the first two but can’t wait for Queen of Volts which releases very soon, 1st Sept 2020.

7. A Forgery of Magic by Maya Motayne

Another one that is coming this year and I’ve already pre-ordered! Oculta releases 15th December 2020 and I’m so keen! I read Nocturna just recently and it was awesome!

8. Montague Siblings by Mackenzi Lee

While I didn’t really see the point of the novella which I read recently I did love the first 2 books in the series and I will definitely be reading Book 3 when it releases. The Nobleman’s Guide to Scandal and Shipwrecks releases 1st of December 2020.

9. Ready Player One by Ernest Cline

This is one I wasn’t expecting to be adding to this list but here we are. I am both nervous and keen for Ready Player Two. I’m always nervous when a series is continued years after the original books were published. This could be amazing or pointless but I won’t know until I read it and I will be grabbing it as soon as I can. Ready Player Two releases 24th of November 2020.

10. Fable by Adrienne Young

I read Fable very recently and god damn it was amazing! I need Namesake right now. Namesake releases 16th March 2021.

11. House of Dragons by Jessica Cluess

War of Dragons hasn’t even got a cover yet but I’m already super keen! War of Dragons is set to release in 2021 but we do not have an exact date just yet.

12. The Bone Season by Samantha Shannon

Is this the book I am most keen for on this list?! Ah YEPP!! I have read Book 1 & 2 twice now and will probably reread the first 3 again before The Mask Falling releases! I have been waiting so freaking long for this book. The Mask Falling is set to release 16th February 2021!

13. The Aurora Cycle by Amie Kaufman & Jay Kristoff

Of course, this series is amazing and I am eagerly awaiting book 3 which we currently don’t have a name for or even a release date!

14. Truly Devious by Maureen Johnson

There is going to be a book 4?!?! Yes I am freaking excited for this one! So freaking excited! The Box in the Woods releases 6th of April 2021 and you can guarantee I am going to get another reread of books 1 to 3 in before then!

15. Dear Martin by Nic Stone

Dear Martin was amazing so I was so excited when I found out there would be another book in the series! Dear Justyce releases 29th of September 2020.

16. Shadow Frost by Coco Ma

Firstly, how stunning are these covers?! Shadow Frost was amazing so I am so freaking keep for God Storm! God Storm releases 20th October 2020.

17. Serpent & Dove by Shelby Mahurin

• 

• 

Serpent & Dove wasn’t an absolute fave for me but I am still interested in the sequel as I did enjoy the world, characters and plot of book 1. Blood & Honey releases 1st September 2020.

18. All the Stars and Teeth by Adalyn Grace

• 

This is my most recent addition to this list as I only finished All the Stars and Teeth a couple days ago. I loved book 1 though so I am super keep for book 2 and absolutely love these covers. All the Tides of Fate releases 2nd February 2021.

19. Blood Heir Trilogy by Amélie Wen Zhao

• 

Besides the fact I don’t like these covers and am anxiously waiting for them to reveal the Red Tigress cover that matches the other Blood Heir edition, I really loved this book and am so keen for Red Tigress. Red Tigress comes out March 2nd 2020.

20. Enchantée by Gita Trelease

I’m not even going to talk about the name change but I loved Enchantée and can’t wait for book 2 which releases 2nd February 2021!
