I only have 3 books on my list for this month. I have ordered 2 already. I was going to buy Legendary but the hardcover is $31 & the paperback is $18 and I simply can’t justify spending that much on it! Why is it soo expensive?! I bought Caraval in hardcover as soon as it came out and it wasn’t that expensive! I don’t get it.

I’m in Aus. Amazon to ship to Aus is bloody ridiculous prices. I have to rely on Book Depository & Booktopia for Books as everywhere else is too expensive.

I hope so. It’s crazy. Books to Aus are expensive anyway. But usually hardbacks are good $22. Over $30 is ridiculous.

That’s insane! Is it because of shipping costs? How about ebooks? Are they more affordable?

It’s mostly just the exchange rate. eBooks average $12 to $20 unless they are on special or really old.
The eBook for Legendary is $13 on iBooks. Haven’t looked at amazon though. At least eBooks in amazon don’t have shipping 😂😂
