February 2017 World of Wizardry Geek Gear Unboxing

So this month I was starting to think this wasn’t going to turn up. I usually receive this box the same week as The YA Chronicles, but this month it was over a week late. But oh well! It’s finally here!

I explained this next bit at the end of my last post, but I thought Id mention it again for the new followers!

As you will notice I am no longer getting Gryffindor items in the boxes. So if you didn’t know, with GeekGear you choose your Hogwarts house or the mixed box and then you receive the items in your House colours. I have tonnes of Gryffindor stuff but nothing from the other houses, so I decided to change my house on the subscription service. So this time I chose Slytherin, I will leave Slytherin for a could months and then change to Hufflepuff & then Ravenclaw. I want some stuff from every house even though I am Gryffindor proud! This is also partly because of my Instagram account. If I want to show off other Hogwarts House characters I don’t really have anything else to go in those pics! I want some Slytherin for characters like Draco, Lucius, etc. Hufflepuff for Cedric, Newt, etc. & Ravenclaw, well there is only really Cho Chang as they never really made many Ravenclaws stand out besides her.

    1. Always! I love the World of Wizardry boxes. 👌🏻👌🏻

I won’t be getting one this month as I just can’t afford it at the moment. 😩😩
And I received and email saying there will be an exclusive item, possibly a Funko! 😭😭😫😫 why did it have to be the month I can’t get it?!

      Oh well!

      1. You can’t get past boxes? Like I know some places you can…maybe next month get the old box?
It’s the worst when something cool comes along and you don’t have money for it! 😫

      2. GeekGear doesn’t have that option. You can get a box that it includes a bunch of different items from past boxes, but it’s not specifically HP stuff.. so I have never bothered because I know I’m going to get a box with things I don’t care about in it and it will be a waste of money.

And totally agree! The struggle it real. I was just able to afford The YA Chronicles though. So atleast I still have that coming. 😊

      3. Oh that’s good! But too bad about the lack of a past box option. There’s still a chance that if you see what’s in it, you might be able to get the Funko separately, right? 🤞
