Book Travelling Thursday – Book with a Badass Heroine

Book Travelling Thursday is a weekly meme created by Danielle and Cátia. All you have to do is a pick a book that is related to the theme, the themes are announced on the Goodreads page. Once you have chosen a book you need to find the original cover, the covers from your country, your favourite cover and your least favourite cover.

This week’s prompt is today you have the choice. Go back to the previous themes and choose the one you want to.
So I chose: March 10th -It was International Women’s Day!! Choose a book with a badass heroine.
So I’m going with Divergent by Veronica Roth.

Original Cover:

According to Goodreads this was the first published book cover. So I’m guessing this was the original.
These covers are so interesting and beautiful.

Cover from my Country:

Again there is no specific edition for Australia, we just get UK  editions.

Favourite Covers:

The top one is the Harper Collins Children’s Editions that were released in 2013.
They are simple and gorgeous.

The bottom is the Harper Collins Children’s Editions that were released in 2012.
This is the editions that I own and I think they are beautiful and I love the colours!

Least Favourite:

The covers to the left are the Harper Collins Children’s Editions that was released in 2015.
I  don’t like the bright colours, I just don’t think they fit the story and they just aren’t really pretty.

The cover on the right is one of the movie adaption covers that were made when the Divergent movie was released.
I just don’t like it when book covers are adapted when movies come out.

Let me know your favourite cover!
