"A Soul to Keep" by Opal Reyne is a captivating Romantasy tale following Reia, the harbinger of bad omens, and Orpheius, the Duskwalker. Their evolving relationship, alongside intriguing world-building and balanced character development, made for an engaging read. While the pacing was slow initially, the plot was enjoyable and ended out nicely. I eagerly anticipate the next installment in the series.

My Go To Reading Ambience to Play

So, I am someone that can't stand the silence. So I like having something playing in the background. But I also can't handle music and especially anything with talking/singing. I know some people can listen to music with singing or put a tv show/movie on in the background while reading but I'm just not that person. If there is talking my brain tries to focus on both but I end up not taking in what I'm reading or what is being said... So I love listening to ambient sounds like rain, storms, fireplaces, etc. and I thought I would share my favourites. I do try out new ones frequently but these are the ones I always go back to.
