Yay, another unboxing! My favourite time of the month is around this time because all my subscription boxes turn up around the same time! LOVE LOVE LOVE!
This months The YA Chronicles did not disappoint!!
What You Need To Know About the Subscription Box
The YA Chronicles is based in Australia so for me this is great, being Australian the shipping is pretty cheap and the box gets to me quickly!
Here is the link to their website!
It says on the website that there is international shipping, so I’m assuming they ship everywhere, so I’m sorry if they don’t ship to your country!
I will only be posting costing in AUD, so if you want to know what it would cost in your country then you can go here to convert it, or comment your currency and I will tell you.
Cost of the Box: $29.99 AUD
Shipping to Aus and NZ: $9.99 AUD (this includes tracking)
Shipping internationally: $24.99 AUD (this includes tracking)
Also, this subscription box is not automatically recurring, so you do have to purchase it every month, which is good because it means you can easily pick and choose the themes that you want to purchase
In this box every month, you receive a new release paperback YA book, a TYAC bookmark with that month’s theme on the back and 2-5 other bookish items. Each month is themed and the theme is announced as soon as the subscription box goes on sale!
What I received
Volume Seventeen, did someone say fantasy?
As always, I will write under each photo what is written on the description card that you get in the box.
One Ring & Chain
No fantasy-inspired box would be complete without an item from one of the most epic fantasy tales ever told: The Lord of the Rings! No need to worry about any evil effects brought on by your new One Ring so feel free to wear it on your finger. But if you’d rather tread with caution, we’ve provided a chain so you can wear it around your neck.
All the books are rolled into one with this The Raven Cycle bookmark from Behind The Pages. Use it to mark your page or just admire the pretty.

A Darker Shade of Magic Print
We absolutely love Miss Phi’s art on Society 6, and we couldn’t help but include her art from one of favourite series. Hang up this Darker Shade of Magic print and admire the beauty.
Tales Fantastic Illustration
Not sure if you’ve heard but Tales Fantastic creates some of the most beautiful illustrations in existence. We’ve included two prints from her amazing collection for your eyes to enjoy: Princess and the Frog & Robot Walk. Everyone gets both.
A Shadow Bright and Burning by Jessica Cluess
Are you ready for the start of a great new fantasy series? A Shadow Bright and Burning by Jessica Cluess tells the story of Henrietta Howel. The girl thought to be the first female sorcerer. Thanks to a prophecy stating that a female sorcerer was the key to defeating the seven ancients, Henrietta is recruited to train with her Majesty’s sorcerers in Victorian London. Where she is to learn the skills necessary to complete the prophecy, magic, fae, demons: This book has something for everyone.

I love receiving The YA Chronicles. It would be my favourite except I get a GeekGear World of Wizardry box as well that is full of Harry Potter stuff for a good price. And Harry Potter stuff?!?! Of course it’s my favourite. But YA Chronicles is always amazing.

I have thought about it doing it before. And I did film a Bookish video a while back now and i just didn’t like it. So I never did anything with it haha.
YouTube will never be my thing! But I’m thinking that I might do unboxing type things on the Instagram stories thingy..
Atleast all of the people on my Bookish Instagram are Bookish accounts and might actually like it haha.
