I thought the eating disorder sub plot was very well handled in the book. Story is cute, gripping as well as heartbreaking & heartwarming.

The Deck of Omens

Conclusion wrapped up nicely but not sure if this book was better than book 1. Very mysterious & unpredictable and I also love the creepy setting!

Lost in the Never Woods

Read kind of like a middle grade more than YA, as the characters felt/acted young. Loved the tie between Peter Pan retelling, dark fantasy & mystery!
