November was a little slow for me! One book took a while because I was busy & it was long and another one I struggled to get through which took away from my reading time.. I ended up reading 10 books altogether but 5 of them were rereads.
Anyway, let’s jump in!
Audiobooks
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban by J.K. Rowling Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J.K. Rowling Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix by J.K. Rowling Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince by J.K. Rowling Harry Potter and the Deahtly Hallows by J.K. Rowling
Firstly the rereads! Don’t think I really need to discuss these, so moving on.

Next I listened to Ready Player Two was was really good! I was very nervous going into this one as Ready Player One was amazing & I was worried this one wouldn’t be able to live up to it but I was impressed. Ready Player One was a bit better but Ready Player Two was still really good & I ended up rating it 4.5 Stars.

Then I listened to Ghost Squad which is a Middle Grade. This one was super fun & I really enjoyed reading it. This one features ghosts, a badass grandma & her cats. I highly recommend giving this one a chance of you can! I rated it 4.5 stars.
Physical/eBooks

Firstly for physical books I finished Queen of Volts by Amanda Foody. This one is a decent size book and it took me a while to get through it. I did enjoy it but not quite as much as the other books in the series. I still rated it 4.5 stars and I’m very keen to see what Amanda Foody comes out with next.

This one I started reading physically but did end up finishing on audiobook. I struggled with this one a lot. I would go for days at a time without wanting to pick it up and even when I did I would only read a small amount and then get bored with it. If it wasn’t for this being one of the books in my Goodreads Choice Awards Challenge I probably would have DNFd. It wasn’t necessarily bad but I just couldn’t get into it and couldn’t connect with it. Which means I didn’t really care about the characters or what happened to them. There was a love triangle which I was not a fan of but really that was the only actual negative I have. I rated this one 3.5 stars

This one was a bit disappointing. I read and loved The Themis Files by Sylvain Neuvel and they were amazing! The story was so impactful and the characters were so realistic and I just loved the whole thing. So I had high expectations going into this one but I just couldn’t get into it. It was interesting enough but I didn’t have any connection to the characters. I feel like you need that connection to feel the full impact of the book but I just didn’t. There wasn’t anything wrong with it but I just wasn’t overly impressed compared to The Themis Files.

I’ve just started reading Ready Player Two and it’s been easy to start but I am hoping it ends well!
