    1. That’s awesome! I’ve read Mooncakes and really enjoyed it too!
Wilder Girls I will be reading as soon as Fantasy JourneyAThon is over as it fits in my NEWTs TBR. πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ‘ŒπŸ»

  1. Nice haul! Lots of those are on my TBR–I’m planning on reading Black Wings Beating really soon, and the rest are all on the neverending list πŸ˜…

I’ve read Spin the Dawn (absolutely loved it), Sorcery of Thorns (liked it a lot), and We Hunt the Flame (it was okay, but not as good as I had hoped). Hope you enjoy everything!

    1. Thanks for your feedback! I really enjoyed Sorcery of Thorns! I can’t wait for Spin the Dawn but if I love it I think I’m going to grab a different copy as the paperbacks one of those really cheap feeling paperbacks that get scratches and marks every time you touch the damn thing. πŸ˜‘πŸ˜‘ God I hate those.
And I can’t wait for Black Wings Beating! I’ve only read one other book by Alex London and loved it so I’m keen to see what I think of it. 😁😁

      1. Oof, that’s so frustrating when paperbacks are super flimsy. Spin the Dawn was one of my favorites this year so far, so I sincerely hope you love it! (Plus, it has such a gorgeous cover that really deserves the full hardcover treatment, lol. I read a digital ARC of it but I really want to get finished version that I can have on my shelf 😊)

      2. Agreed. I have had 2 that are really crappy editions now. Spin the Dawn & Royal Bastards… Cheap but expensive…
And agreed! It’s a beautiful cover & I have a signed book plate from the pre-order incentive. So I’m holding onto it for if I buy hardcover if I love the book! 😍
