Okay, so yes I am a little crazy! 3 ReadAThons in a less than 2 weeks time frame. I know… I’m nuts! Originally I wasn’t going to participate in the Biannual Bibliothon but I managed to get most of the books I plan to read for the BookTubeAThon challenges to fill challenges for the Biannual Bibliothon too, so here I am!
July Duodecathon TBR HERE (19th-25th)
BookTubeAThon TBR HERE (24th-30th)
& also the Biannual Bibliothon (23rd- 29th)
So I’m not going to go into details about the ReadAThon, you can find their video announcement HERE for all the details!
1. Read the Group Book (Flame in the Mist)
2. Read a book from one of the hosts favourite genres
3. Read a book that has been or still is banned
4. Throwback Challenge (A Book over 300 pages)
5. Book to movie adaptation – Read & Watch
6. Read a book you’ve been somewhere other than BookTube
7. LQBTQIA+
Read the group book (Flame in the Mist
I won’t be doing this challenge as I have already read Flame in the Mist & didn’t enjoy it, so I don’t want to reread a book I didn’t love.
Read a book from one of the hosts favourite genres
โย Kassie โ Magical Realism
โ Caz โ Historical Fiction
โ Brittni โ High/Epic Fantasy
โ Emma โ Diverse Books
โ Kelly โ Dystopian/SciFi
โ Red โ Paranormal
โ Momo โ Urban fantasy
I am choosing a book that is kind of a mix of ย Kelly –ย Dystopian/SciFi & Brittni – High/Epic Fantasy
Read a book that has been or still is banned
Throwback Challenge
For this one, I am choosing the previous challenge of ‘Read a book over 300 pages’
Book to Movie Adaptation – Read & Watch
Read a book you’veย seen somewhere other than BookTube
I have seen this tonnes on Bookstagram as it has a gorgeous cover that you can’t help showing off!
LQBTQIA+
I am reading this via audiobook as I don’t own any LQBTQIA+ books that I haven’t read and I am on a book buying ban so I had to find a book or audiobook that was on ย Scribd as I have some credits built up there. And this is what I found!
You picked great books for the readathon! I hope you enjoy More Happy Than Not, it’s an amazing book! Here is my TBR: https://booksterthoughts.wordpress.com/2017/07/20/readathon-summer-biannual-bibliothon-tbr/

Thanks!
I haven’t read an Adam Silvera book yet, but I will see how it is soon. I hope the narrator has a good voice! I was so excited to find one of the LGBT books I wanted to read on there that I didn’t even preview it! ๐๐
Will go checkout your The now!

That’s good! I’m currently listening to The Raven Cycle as well and the narrator is….. odd at times

Honestly you get used to it. But at the start it got to me a little.
He really can’t do female voices. And also, I don’t know how to spell it but the kid with all the Mitubishi’s, but he gives him a ridiculous accent and the way he pronounces ‘Mitsubishi’ kind of drove me insane, I don’t know if it’s because I’m Aussie, but that’s not how we say it, hell most of the time its called a ‘Mitsy’ or if you want to use the nick name for them, then ‘Bits r missin’. But yeah how he pronounced it drove me wild and it was said so much in The Dream Thieves!!
But you do get used to the voices after a little while and what’s his names accent is kinda ridiculous to the point of being funny most of the time and it makes some of the things he says even funnier than without the voice.
The singing is bad though! Luckily it never lasts too long!
