Rendz Questions & My Answers
1. What was the last book you bought? Have you read it yet?
Well the last book I received by Frogkisser! by Garth Nix, which I got in subscription box. But I didn’t specifically buy that book. The last book I actually purchased was The Diabolic by S.J. Kincaid and I haven’t read it yet. I planned to, but since getting it in the mail I was accepted for 2 eGalleys, so I’ve been worrying about them atm.
2. Do you wait until the entire series is out to read it or do you just read them as they come?
Sometimes I do and someones I don’t. If I know that the last book in the series is coming out in a couple months then I might wait, but if I want to read the book and there is still a couple books planned to come out in the next couple years then I will probably just read it anyway.
3. Do you own a well-loved book? (One with a lot of damage to it?)
The only books I have that have a fair bit of damage are my HP series, but they were second hand when I bought them. There is the odd bit of damage to some other books, like my copy of Rebel of the Sands has the corner of the back cover folded over as it folded when I put it between two other books in my book shelf and didn’t realise. However I am really careful will books usually and I don’t like getting them damaged, so only my HP series is majorly damaged and it kind of kills me. I really want to purchase a new set, but I’m not a fan of the covers that are out right now, but I do want to get those ones where the spines make the Hogwarts castle!! But I can’t afford them right now. 😫
I Nominate:
Teacher of YA / Midnight Biblio Blog / Book Princess Reviews / Bookslayer Reads / Sue’s Reading Corner / Whimsy Pages / Of Reading and Random Things / Little Book Fool
My Questions
1. What is your least favourite Book to Movie adaptation?
2. Do you read one book at a time or more?
3. Would you ever try and write a book? If so, what genre do you think you would try?
And that is all, if you are tagged and have already done it or don’t want to, you don’t have to! Have fun for those that do!

Your post was so much fun to read! 😀 The struggle of purchasing a bright new shiny book that you really want to read and then getting approved for a bunch of eARCS is too real. XD I’ve heard really good things about the Diabolic, so I can’t wait to see your review on it! And I totally do the same with series books. Fantastic post, and thanks so much for the tag!! 🙂

Thanks. I’ve just started the last book I specifically have to read soon, so after this one I can go back to read whatever I want whenever I want with nothing else to worry about. 👌🏻👌🏻

I get the anxious feeling about wanting to read ARCs before your own books. It’s so sad to put them aside though! And thanks for nominating me, btw! I loved your questions.

I’ve never had an arc yet, only 2 eGalleys. Not going to request anymore for a while until I get more of my own read first.

Sorry; I use ARC and eGalleys interchangeable. Probably shouldn’t do that anymore… And that’s a smart move!

Aww okay haha. Well it’s only different because you can get eGalleys of books that have already been released as well as upcoming releases I guess. 🙂

Yeah haha. I got Lifeblood by Gena Showalter, I received it at the start of March and it was released on the 20th of Feb or something. I didn’t realise that was a thing until seeing Lifeblood either. 😂
